2011 Ride Day Schedule
Ride Day Morning
Welcome to Saskatoons River Landing. Registration is from 8:00 to 10:00pm with a pancake breakfast ($5.00) put on by the Optimist Club with coffee supplied by Tim Hortons. Morning program starts at 10:00am with the parade starting at 11:00am sharp. Everyone is welcome to come down and meet the rides and watch the parade and join in the pancake breakfast. Come early!
Parade Route
The parade will leave at 11:00 am sharp from River Landing, East onto Spadina Cr.E to 24st. right on 24st. back to Spadina Cr.E which turns into White Swan Dr. then turns left onto Pinehouse Dr to Primrose Dr. then turns left onto Primrose Dr. then turn right into the south entrance to the Lawson’s Heights Mall parking lot. The riders will pick up a poker card before they head out on the Poker Route.
Poker Route
The Poker route will take us north on Hwy #11 to Rosthern for lunch. MRFD will be set up in the park area next to the Arena. If weather is bad, we will move lunch inside the Arena. This year there will be more tables and chairs and three food lines to help speed up the lunch stop. We will enter Rosthern from the south entrance which takes us right to the site. The route will be well signed. There will be streets blocked off for motorcycle parking in front of the Arena and Park area. Rosthern is very excited to host the lunch stop and looks forward to supporting the MRFD. From Rosthern we will head east on hwy #312 to Wakaw for our next stop at the Shell Station on the corner of Hwy 2 and 41. We then head south on hwy #2 to the hwy #5 junction. We then turn east on hwy #5 to Humboldt. When entering Humboldt, there will be a parking area set up in the Mall parking lot next to the BV Inn on your left side. Watch for signs. The BV Inn will be hosting the presentations and awards ceremony at 4:00pm along with afternoon entertainment. There will be an outdoor stage and seating area with refreshments available.
Following the ride starting at 5:00pm the BV Inn will host a community supper with live entertainment that is open to all riders and supporters. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased on ride day or in advance from the BV Inn. This event will be well attended with great food and entertainment so book your rooms early if you are planning on dancing the night away. PARTY!!

Register early! Friday June 17th at Confederation Mall, from 4:30 to 8:00. Early registration helps to keep the lines down on ride day. Remember the first 400 riders get a free gift bag.
