The Motorcycle Ride for Dad is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.
Personal information may be provided to us through registration, phone calls, correspondence, donations, online donations, pledge forms, e-mail, or other forms of communication. Such information may be recorded for the purpose of processing and receipting a donation, making a donation to a registered charity, recognizing a contribution, registering your participation in a Motorcycle Ride for Dad event, distributing information regarding such events or responding to your information requests.
The Motorcycle Ride for Dad will not provide or share your personal information with third parties unless:
- you authorize us to share the information;
- sharing the information is necessary to process a donation (i.e. to provide a charitable receipt), to process a credit card transaction; or
- we are required by law to do so.
Copies of this privacy policy will be made available to all third party recipients.
Use of information shared with third parties must be limited to the purpose for which the information is being transferred (e.g. receipting, credit approval etc.)
Any requests by third parties for access to personal information, or complaints, must be transferred to the Motorcycle Ride for Dad. Personal information transferred to a third party must be returned to the Motorcycle Ride for Dad and any copies of it must be destroyed when the reason for information transfer has been completed.

As a general policy, NO personal information is collected from our Web site visitors. The only personal information captured through our Web site is the information that you volunteer (i.e. your email address or perhaps a mailing address and phone number) that will enable us to send to you requested information. Safeguards are in place to ensure that the information is not disclosed or shared for any other purposes.
