The Route
Our ride route is broken up into two parts.
Part 1~ The City Route

Starting point (leaving at 10:00am SHARP: (Draw 1st Poker card when registered).
Newfoundland Power's Corporate parking lot (55 Kenmount Rd).
Turn right onto Kenmount Road, running into Freshwater Rd. Left onto Elizabeth Av.
Straight on and turning right onto Torbay Rd. running into Kenna's Hill.
Straight onto King's Bridge Rd. following onto Ordnance St.
Turning right onto Duckworth St.
Left onto Gower St.
Right onto Hamilton Ave. following into Cornwall then into Topsail Rd.
Straight up to the right hand on ramp for Kenmount Rd. heading back toward town.
Straight to Kelsey Dr.
Turn left onto Kelsey Dr. and left into Wal Mart parking lot.
End of parade run. Draw second Poker card
Part 2~ The Rural Route
Starting point: (Make sure you have your 2nd Poker card). Leaving Wal Mart parking lot in your own groups for part two, The rural run. Turn left onto Kelsey dr. and turning onto the left hand on ramp tor the Team Gushue hwy. following the road to the left leading onto the Outter Ring rd. heading west into the TCH (route 1) straight out to Roaches Line (route 70), running into The Veterans Memorial Highway (route 75), turning right onto Makinsons (route 71), running into Conception Bay Highway (route 60) to Brigus.
The Brigus Stop
Turn left onto Station Road, left onto North Street and right onto Water Street. Rest stop and draw 3rd Poker card). On to Jungle Jim's and lunch. Down Water Street, turn right onto Irishtown Road, left onto the Conception Bay Highway (route 60), straight through to Long Pond. Stopping for lunch at Jungle Jims (Draw 4th Poker card). After lunch turn left once again onto the Conception Bay Highway (route 60) turn left at Manuels Bridge continuing onto the Conception Bay Highway (route 60, Topsail road) straight through to Topsail/ Kenmount over pass turning right onto Kenmount Road, straight down Kenmount rd, back to the starting point at the Newfoundland Power parking lot. End of run. (Draw 5th Poker card).
- The option will then be given to buy up to 2 more cards at $5.00 each.
- We will be playing by Standard poker rules.
